Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Magenta Boutique purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unworn, unwashed condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email help@magentaboutique.us with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item(s) back to our Leavenworth, WA address using a trackable carrier
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is a flat $6.99 per return, deducted from your refund. We email you a prepaid, trackable return label once your return is approved — you do not need to buy your own postage. If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product, the return label is free and no fee is deducted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We are happy to process an exchange as long as the item is in stock. Contact us at help@magentaboutique.us to get started. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee provided the item meets return eligibility conditions.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item in most cases.
