Free Shipping
Magenta Boutique offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders require 1–2 business days of handling time after the order cut-off for quality check and packaging at our Leavenworth storefront.
Estimated Delivery by Shipping Method
Total estimated delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time (the time your package spends in the carrier’s network). The table below shows the full estimated time from order placement to delivery at your door.

* Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the day the order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.
Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax. The sales tax rate on every order is 0% — $0.00 in every U.S. state. No separate tax line is added at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout as soon as your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Magenta Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at help@magentaboutique.us — we will do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement at no additional charge.
