Orders and Payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.
Shipping and Delivery

Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
Gift cards sold by Magenta Boutique do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Promotional and discount codes are valid only for the time period stated at the time they are issued, apply to eligible items only, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotional code at any time without prior notice.
Customer Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant Magenta Boutique, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that any content you submit is your own, accurate, and does not violate the rights of any third party. Notices
Any notices required under these Terms will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout or account creation. Notices to Magenta Boutique, LLC should be sent to help@magentaboutique.us. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after being sent by email, provided no delivery failure notice is received.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site, including restrictions on shipment to embargoed countries or to individuals on restricted-party lists maintained by the US government.
Product Availability and Errors
We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, but items may occasionally sell out between the time you add them to your cart and the time you complete checkout, particularly given our small-batch inventory model. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
